Our Strategy & Commercial Advisory team provide consultancy services to events, venues and sports organisations. Their focus is on working collaboratively with our clients to understand their individual needs and apply personalised, tailored solutions that achieve their vision and objectives. Services include feasibility studies and business case development, economic and social impact assessment, sustainability advisory, event strategy development, post event evaluation and reporting, as well as commercial and sponsorship strategies. Our team works with a variety of clients including Zayed Sports City in the UAE, Saudi Surf Federation, Neom Sports and FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
Venue Design & Delivery
Our qualified architects and venue development specialists work hand-in-glove to lead the masterplanning, design, project management and assurance of major venue, destination and infrastructure projects. Services include design and project brief development, concept design, design management, contractor procurement, construction management, and cost management and assurance. The team’s high-profile clients include Aston Villa FC, Eden Project UK and International, Qiddiya KSA, Charlton FC and Piccadilly Lights, London.
Operations & Delivery
Our Operations & Delivery team’s remit covers the operational planning, integration, readiness and delivery of the world’s most complex mega-events and projects, with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience. Services include event governance, concept of operations, event PMO, readiness and C3, stakeholder management and integration, and legacy planning. Clients are wide-ranging and global including Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games, Pyramids of Giza, F1 Grand Prix, World Expos, UCI World Cycling Championships, COP28 and COP29.
Trivandi Academy
The Trivandi Academy and its inaugural course, Major Events 101, were launched in May 2024. The Academy aims to professionalise the major events industry through education, knowledge transfer, research, insights and innovation. Major Events 101 is the first course of its kind to be developed and delivered by practicing industry-leaders and university professors. Fully online, it provides a 360-degree view on how major events are put together, and is Level 3 accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). The Academy team is focused on developing further courses, as well as conducting research and thought-leadership that support the continual improvement of the industry.
